Cloudflare is used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in presenting our website as reliably and securely as possible.

Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the “EU-US Data Privacy Framework” (DPF), under which Cloudflare is certified, and additionally on standard contractual clauses. Information on the DPF: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/.

Data processing agreement

We have concluded a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum, https://www.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa/) with Cloudflare.
